My name is Christopher Ukardi and I created this site for many reasons:

1. I found it to be a shame that a major crime involving teens would be a routine event.
2. This daily string of news violence led me to believe that many now stereotype the "youth group" as being all troubled people.
3. There is an evident lack of guidance in teenagers today. 
4. It seems that there is not being enough done in society to help teens today.
5. I believe that there are many teens today that wish to help and make a difference in the world, but feel too small or feel the task is to big to handle.
6. I believe that with the power of the internet, we can gather teens that wish to help.
7. I believe that the internet will also provide a source where troubled teens can come to get help.
8. I believe that with the power of the internet, teens are capable of breaking boundaries and setting new standards of good.
9. But most of all, I believe in God and the miracles He can do.

At Teen OutReach we are just a bunch of young people like you who have taken steps to provide valuable information to our peers.

If you are teenager like me, you understand what I am talking about.  I urge you to do something worthwhile with your life for there are many of other teens out there who can help you in anything your heart desires to do. We are here for you!

Explore your expertise and shoot for the moon. In another words we need to act to accomplish our dream.

Message From Steven Bond

Hello my name is Steven Bond and I maintain the computers section as well as doing fill in work all over the rest of the site. I know what your all thinking he is a classic nerd who spends way to much time on the computer and has no friends. Well yes I do tend to spend a little to much time on the computer but other than that I am a fairly normal teen with friends and everything. We are all gifted in our own special ways and also have our weaknesses.

If computers is your weakness I would encourage you to stop by the message board and ask any question you have however basic it may be. I promise no one will laugh at you and you may even learn something. Now if you are gifted in computers I would also encourage you to stop by. You will be able to find information on lots of advanced topics and ways to use your abilities in a positive way.
